- Products that have been opened or used are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to health and safety regulations.
Defective or Damaged Products

Proof of Purchase

Exceptions & Exclusions
- E-liquids, coils, and other consumables are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
